What follows is our privacy notice: the data we gather, the purpose behind each field, the processors we rely on, and your rights.
What we collect
The data an order needs is a name, a shipping address, an email and a telephone number. Account holders also have a hashed password on file.
Payment information
Card details bypass our servers completely. The processor holds them; we hold a payment status and nothing else.
Who else sees your data
Sharing is limited to the carrier handling your parcel and the provider taking your payment. We do not sell data or operate identifying ad trackers.
How long we keep it
Statutory retention applies to order records; everything else goes when it is no longer needed. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.
Your rights and how to use them
Send data requests to hello@giftandtravel.shop. We reply within one business day and carry them out within thirty, minus any sales records we must keep for tax purposes.
