Shipping Policy
Every parcel is packed at our own address in New York and handed to the carrier the same or the next working day. The charges and timings below apply to all orders.
What delivery costs
A flat $4.25 covers standard delivery to any address in the United States. Free shipping starts at $29 and is calculated on the basket subtotal before tax.
How long it takes
Packing takes 1 business day and the journey takes 2–5 business days. USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground carry our parcels. Both windows are in business days, so a Friday order starts moving on Monday.
Where we can deliver
Delivery is available throughout the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery to freight-forwarding companies.
How orders are packed
Packing is corrugated card and paper. Multi-piece sets are wrapped as a unit, and anything that could mark another item travels in its own layer.
Getting the address right
Incorrect addresses are returned to us and delay everything. Confirm yours before paying; if you catch a mistake, hello@giftandtravel.shop can correct it while the order is still unpacked.
What a business day means here
Timings on this page are business days: Monday to Friday, holidays excepted. An order on a Saturday starts moving on the Monday.
If a parcel goes missing
If something goes wrong in transit, email hello@giftandtravel.shop rather than the carrier. We hold the shipping contract, so the claim is ours to make and the resolution is ours to fund.
