Purchases from this site are subject to the following terms, which supplement rather than replace your rights under consumer law.
Orders and acceptance
Acceptance of an order happens at dispatch. Prior to that, Gifts and Luggage may decline the order and issue a full refund.
Prices and errors
Amounts are USD. Where an error is obvious we will not simply charge the difference — we ask, and a refund is always an option.
Using this site
Catalogue text and photography are the property of Gifts and Luggage or its suppliers. Linking is permitted; scraping and commercial republication are not.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Returns and Refunds page, and cancellation by our Cancellation Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.
Stock and availability
We list actual stock, but timing can defeat it. When it does, you get a full refund and an explanation, never a substitute product.
Governing law
The law of New York governs this agreement and its courts hear any dispute. The failure of one clause does not affect the others.
